School in Nevada hires more Filipino Special Education teachers, annual salary at Php 2.1M
The Clark County School District (CCSD) in southern Nevada continues to hire more Filipino special education teachers.
Due to shortage of teachers in the United States, CCSD has reached overseas to fill up their vacancies, particularly in SPEd.
Recently, 57 Filipino teachers were hired to be sent to the US to teach students with learning disabilities. They are the third batch of SPEd teachers since Nevada started recruiting in 2017.
